FLIGHT PLANNING
FPLs shall be submitted at the Aeronautical Information Services office (AIS) at the departure aerodrome.

2. In the absence of such an office at the departure aerodrome, a flight plan shall be submitted:

Overflights
Overflights to the following airports is allowed at altitudes of 11,000-15,000 feet:
OJAI, OJAM, OJKA, OJHF, OJMS
